Shipping Information

General Shipping Policy:

  • We ship throughout the U.S. using USPS, UPS, or similar carriers.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • A flat $15 Packaging & Handling fee is applied to most orders unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once your order is with the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Someone Else?

  • We’re happy to ship directly to your recipient. Just be sure the shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Quiklio is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Standard Returns:

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most non-customized items.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damage or Defect?

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

    • A photo of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

  • Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement item at no cost to you or work with you on an alternative solution based on availability.

Custom Orders:

  • Customized items (e.g., engraved medallions, personalized candles, rose cubes) are non-refundable unless there was a production error on our part.

  • If we made a mistake in spelling, initials, or selected quote/fragrance, we will send a corrected replacement free of charge.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

⚠️ Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • All candles should be burned on heat-resistant surfaces and never left unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

  • For items that may come in contact with the skin (e.g., scented oils, packaging), we recommend patch testing before full use.

  • Quiklio is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
