By making a purchase or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Inventory availability may vary. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with a resolution or refund option.

Customization

  • Some products allow for personalization (e.g., initials, names, quotes).

  • All customization details must be confirmed at checkout. No changes can be made once your order is submitted.

  • Customized orders are final and non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling

  • A flat $15 fee covers packaging and shipping.

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers. Tracking details will be provided once your item ships.

  • Quiklio is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items once the package is in transit.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos for review.

Product Use & Safety

  • Quiklio is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including candles or any heat-sensitive items.

  • Candles should be burned on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never left unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

  • For any skin-touching items (e.g., oils or packaging contents), please patch test first. Quiklio is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Customer Data & Communication

  • By placing an order, you grant Quiklio permission to use the contact information you provide (email, phone, mailing address) to communicate with you regarding your order, product updates, or special offers.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Your data is stored securely and used only to improve your customer experience.

Payment
